ABOUT YOUR ROLE AND HOW YOU DEVELOP
As a Product Owner of WOOD’s CRMs, you will report to our Senior Product Owner, and be responsible for the definition, design, and implementation of the CRM, as well as discovering new, specific solutions to drive necessary business outcomes. This highly collaborative role requires you to work closely with stakeholders, end-users and other IT team members to deliver quality solutions rapidly.


Your responsibilities are:

  • To work with stakeholders to understand and document the requirements, problems, and potential ways to improve the workflow and business processes
  • To define and document how products should behave at business, logical and technical levels
  • To define future requirements, based on requested enhancements
  • To work with agile established methods and tools to define, design, develop, test, implement and maintain solutions
  • To be the go-to person for data, workflows, context and impact questions
  • To plan, prioritise and participate in periodic agile meetings and demos with the rest of the stakeholders, and collaborate with assigned product team members on epics, stories, schedules and issues that affect delivery and solution releases.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE AND HOW YOU DEVELOP

  • Performing financial analysis using industry standard and proprietary models, including the building of new financial models
  • Preparing presentation materials
  • Assessing the feasibility of a wide range of projects / transactions and associated capital structures
  • Cooperation with our Investment Manager and lawyers on drafting and negotiating legal documentation (documentation related to corporate bonds and investment certificates, term sheets, DD reports, SPAs, JVAs, SHAs, etc.)
  • In close cooperation with our Investment Manager participating on the execution of projects /transactions
  • Active participation in meetings with external clients / advisors

  • Fluency in Czech and English (both written and spoken)
  • Analytical thinking and strong numerical skills
  • A fast learner, with highly developed common sense
  • A good balance of IQ and EQ, with the ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office environment (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Economics / finance academic background at University level is required
  • Previous experience in corporate finance, M&A, private equity and/or venture funds (from start-ups to developed accounts) would be a big plus

V současné době hledáme do týmu Infrastruktury šikovného kolegu nebo kolegyni, kteří budou řešit a zajištovat bezproblémový chod IT Infrastruktury celé společnosti.

Jaká bude náplň práce?

  • Údržba IT infrastruktury společnosti: servery (primárně Windows), IPT cisco, tiskárny, networking
  • Poskytování technické podpory koncovým uživatelům (on site / remote)
  • Řešení požadavků v rámci hepldesk portálu
  • Vytváření uživatelských účtů, příprava a instalace počítačů, Správa domény
  • Správa SW/HW
  • Účast na projektech ICT

Do týmu hledáme člověka?

  • Se SŠ nebo VŠ vzděláním IT směru (klidně i absolventa, který ještě nemá tolik zkušeností a rád získá svoji první praxi)
  • Se zájmem o IT technologie a snahou naučit se nové věci
  • Se zájem o dlouhodobou spolupráci
  • Se znalostí anglického jazyka na komunikativní úrovni (v psané i mluvené formě)
  • Pečlivého, samostatného, který dotahuje věci do konce
  • S orientací ve světě Windows (Servers, Windows 10), znalost programů MO (Excelu, Wordu, Outlooku)
