WOOD SPAC
A special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) is a vehicle to quickly take a company public. We launched the first Central European SPAC on the Prague Stock Exchange under the name WOOD SPAC One.
WOOD SPAC ONE
The first SPAC in Central Europe under the name WOOD SPAC One went public on the Prague Stock Exchange in 2022. Experienced experts from the investment group WOOD & Company worked on its implementation in cooperation with the international consulting company Oaklins.
The transaction was completed in 2023 when investors approved FOOTSHOP as the target company, followed by the company's merger with SPAC, and FOOTSHOP's shares began trading on the Prague Stock Exchange's Standard Market on 1 August.
